Join our summer ELITE training group, where serious athletes take their game to the next level. Advanced speed, agility, explosive exercises coupled with weight training will be the focus of this group.

What: Appropriate workout programs will be specifically implemented to tap into your athletes potential. We pride ourselves on building relationships with all of our athletes in order to communicate and execute training techniques most programs are unable to provide. Our culture is one of a safe environment that pushes each individual to a higher athletic performance.

Who: Athletes ages 14+. Athletes may be separated based on age/skill within facility during workout.

TIME: 7:30-8:30 AM

When: Starting Monday June 17th, Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Last Class: Friday, August 23rd
