The Flathead Future’s 7 week program is for the dedicated Spring and Summer club player who is looking for a way to bridge the gap from Fall ball to Winter Ball. This program is designed for our top athletes looking to fine tune their skills in small groups with our top coaches 1x/week. This will be our most intensive program we have ever offered. Our goal is to give athletes every possible tool to improve in this window and beyond. BE ALL IN!

WHEN:

November 5th - December 17th

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Wednesdays - (In Person)

• Speed and strength training for the first portion of each in-person session.

• Position specific defensive training + Individual hitting

2x/ Week - Individual training on your own @BladesAPA HQ

• Cage time (hitting 2 - 3 times on your own each week)

• Individual Lifting (Volt Athletics)

• Throwing Program (Driveline)

Coach Max will be in the gym, on the field and in the cages with our athletes to give tailored instruction and turn up the intensity for our top athletes.

Athletes will earn points throughout the 7 week program based on attendance, attitude, effort, and skill improvement.

At the end of the program, the top 3 points in each age group will receive a prize with the first place overall winning a NEW GLOVE or BAT! ($450 value)

1st place will win a wood bat ($180 value)

2nd place will win a new bat bag ($140 value)

3rd place will win a swag pack ($100 value)
