SPRING Youth Workouts!

$259.00 every 6 weeks for 12 weeks

Our workout classes are BACK!! Every training session, our athletes participate in speed work, explosive exercises, as well as learn the basics of weightlifting. This is a great way to get your athlete having fun, growing confidence, and learning new skills around peers!

What: Youth workout programs specifically designed to tap into your athletes potential. We pride ourselves on having a fun, safe environment that forms the groundwork for lifelong fitness along with athletic performance.

Who: Athletes age 8-15. Athletes may be separated based on age/skill within facility during workout.

When: 12-weeks Starting Monday March 11th, classes will run MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY FROM 4-5 PM

Final Class Friday, June 7th
