Register here for a 10-pack of our youth training program! Each workout, our athletes participate in speed work, explosive exercises, as well as learn the basics of weightlifting.
The 10-pack does not expire and can be used any day of the week
What: Youth workout programs specifically designed to tap into your athletes potential. We pride ourselves on having a fun, safe environment that forms the groundwork for lifelong fitness along with athletic performance.
Who: Athletes age 8-15. Athletes may be separated based on age/skill within facility during workout.
When: Ongoing program
Mondays 4-5
Wednesdays 3-4
Fridays 4-5
